Yes, you can cancel or modify your order, but please inform us within 24 hours of placing it. After this time, your order may already be processed or shipped. To request a change, please email us at support@grindnflow.com as soon as possible.
To return your online order, please visit our returns portal within 30 days of receipt and follow the instructions. After you’ve registered your return, we need to receive it within a further 14 days for the refund to be processed by our warehouse.
Returns are processed within 10 working days from the time the return parcel is delivered to our warehouse. If multiple items are returned, they may be processed separately, but all should be processed within this timeframe. Once your return has been processed, we’ll email you to confirm. If not all items have been processed, you will receive a second email once the remaining products have been refunded.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor the delivery status of your package in real time.
Return your order within 30 days of receiving it by visiting our online returns portal. You’ll receive a return label. We need to receive your return within 14 days after registration for the refund to be processed. Please ensure items are in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached. Note: We do not accept returns for gift cards, products purchased from third-party retailers, or personalized/altered products.
We will refund your delivery charge if you return all of the items from the order and cancel your contract with us within 14 days. Once we have received your returned items, we will process your refund. It may take 5-7 days for the refund to show in your bank account. To reclaim the standard delivery fee, please email support@grindnflow.com. Please note that we cannot refund the delivery fee until after you have received the refund for your purchased items. Ensure you provide your full order number, name, and postal code in your email. If you decide to keep any items from the order, the delivery charge will not be refunded. Refunds for delivery fees may take up to 14 days from receipt of your email.
Grind n Flow products are crafted from 100% organic cotton, and proper care ensures their durability and comfort. We recommend machine washing them in cold water at 30°C. Avoid using bleach, tumble drying, or dry cleaning. Following these guidelines will help maintain the fabric's quality and extend the life of your items.

Turn inside-out, wash cold with like colors, skip bleach/softeners, and tumble low or air dry. If ironing, avoid direct heat on the graphic—press from the inside or use a cloth barrier.
